Michael Franzone - E-learning Instructional Designer/Developer

Welcome. This site is dedicated to providing and highlighting my current and past experience as an Instructional Designer/Developer. In no way does it include my entire portfolio (that would just about bore anyone to death), however, it does highlight my recent work, and will also discuss various past experiences.

Briefly, my responsibilities include instructional design, development, graphics design, interaction design, scripting, and LMS hosting. I have planned, designed, and implemented many training programs which effectively increase retention levels.

In addition, my “jack-of-all-trades” experience has provided my current and previous employers with the luxury to call on my knowledge for help in situations that occur outside my area of expertise, thus, providing additional benefits. My experience has given me the ability to create a perfect balance between technical know-how and personal face to face professional customer service. Two very important skill sets to acquire. The opportunity to deliver engaging education is highly motivating, and I do believe that once given the opportunity, my expertise combined with my personal presentation and attributes will allow me to be a valuable contributor to any organization.
